Conditions of Purchase

1) Contact us for consultation;
2) We will discuss details, additional options to order, transportation details, lead times;
3) We can arrange Your visit to Manufacturer showroom in Poland;
4) We prepare and sign contract with You;
5) Afer deposit is paid (40% of contract ammount) we will start manufacturing your new house, it usualy takes 1-2 months (some models may be already manufactured and ready for transportation);
6) We inform you about the prepared order;
7) You pay the remaining amount of the contract – 60%;
8) After three days, the order will be ready for loading or will be delivered by our transport;
9) Unloading the components of a prefabricated SIP panel house takes about 3-4 hours and is done by hand by 3-4 people. Unloading a modular home requires access for heavy-duty vehicles and a crane;
10) We will keep in contact during construction and after in cases of warranty.
