Prefabricated houses made of SIP panel
We offer prefabricated house kits for self-assembly, they came along with a detailed, multimedia construction manual. Facade, roofing, doors, windows are included in our offer. There are optional extras to order: SIP floor, electrical, hydraulic installation, pergola, stairs, roller shutters, please contact for more details. The kits consists materials from know companies: Budmat, Swiss Krono, Veka, Marcopol.
Prefabricated house kits can be assembled on a simple construction foundation.
These houses can be assembled by 3 people in 6-15 days it depends on size of the house, weather conditions and skills of builders. Cranes are not required, it can even be assembled by yourself!
Usual lead time is 1 – 2 months.

Height of mezzanine is over 1.80 m which allows comfortable use of it.

Fully or partly equipped furnished mobile houses. Furnished mobile houses do not need a foundation, and if necessary, the house can be easily transported to another place. Such houses are chosen not only by private customers, but also by providers of temporary accommodation services.

You are thinking about cabin in the woods? MOBILE T may be the answer it is fully furnished and ready to live, it comes even with towels and toilet paper. When it is delivered the side sleeping area is pulled out of the cabin and becomes a T-shape. Two MODEL T models can be transported in a 40’HC sea container
